I have learned through a few sources that Doom III has been delayed (again) until March 14, 2004. Seriously, this game better be good. Like make me want to sell my soul to the Dark Lord of 3D Engines (John Carmack), go out and buy a Radeon 9800 Pro and throw my GBA-SP into the fiery pits of Hades good. The multiplayer demo is being playtested at QuakeCon 2003 as I write this. Lucky bastards.

Disclaimer: There's no way I'd throw my GBA-SP into the pits of Hades. I'd be afraid of losing my Golden Sun savegame. Instead I would probably just put it aside for a little while.

Tales of a Scorched Earth is a weblog devoted to the review of video games and game culture, but easily integrates other forms of consumable media. Here you will find opinions on games that you could probably do without, but are going to read anyway. Updated at least once a week, but more if I'm feeling particularly inspired.
